• Maintain a slow and steady pace! Begin at the outer corner of your eye, where you want your wing to extend the most. Draw the wing downwards into your eye’s outer corner.
• Use your glitter liquid eyeliner to layer short strokes (in a backward motion) toward the inner corner of your wing, making sure to gradually thin it out as you approach the inner corner of your eyes.
• Draw longer strokes toward the outer corner of your eye from the inner corner to even out the initial line you created. Pull the eyeliner all the way back into your wing to sharpen it.
